As a parent who needs coffee asap as possible in the mornings, I cannot emphasize how much I love this. It is so fast, easy to program, simple to use and clean, and brews a good cup of coffee - no burnt taste. The side handle for the scoop is really handy, and I love that the water reservoir can come off. The lid on the carafe is a very light plastic and I am not sure how long it will hold up, but overall I am very happy with this. After about 10 years with a beloved Cuisinart that went to coffee maker heaven recently, I was curious to try a new drip maker and I'm glad I gave this one a whirl!

I've been using this coffee maker every day for over a month, and I have zero complaints. The coffee comes out consistently great, and since I usually brew 4 cups, the Small Batch setting has been perfect.
I use disposable paper filters instead of the included reusable one because it's more convenient for me to just throw them away after brewing. Cleanup is quick and easy.
I've also tested the Keep Warm and Delay Brew features, and both work exactly as expected. The coffee stays at a good temperature without tasting burnt, and the scheduled brewing has been reliable every time.
Overall, it's been a fantastic coffee maker with no issues, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable machine that consistently makes great-tasting coffee.

Overall it’s a great coffee maker! I have no complaints. No spill which is crucial! It’s bigger than my last machine so make sure your counter has space. I like that it’s big and heavy and versatile. Plenty hot for me. It turns itself off a bit sooner than I’m used to, but to counter that I will say that the Stay Warm feature is fantastic, it heats up again quick if need be. Filter is easy to use. No extra mess. Great machine for my daily driver.
